In a Magnetic Agitator, shroud (can) comprises of sealed chamber, which containing a rotating inner shaft, which is embedded with powerful inner magnets. The inner shaft is supported with two Bearing upper and lower of the shaft. This special Bearing has a capability to withstand hard environment present inside the reactor . Special Barrier filter prevent dust from entering the Bearing area.
The shaft of the Gear Box is locked on to a outer magnetic assembly which is called Driver, where Gear Box shaft rotate by motor shaft this outer magnetic assembly rotate and create Magnetic Flux due to this inner magnetic assembly (Driven) synchronously rotate with the outer rotor. There is no connection between driver and driven shaft so Mag drive makes the equipment Hermetically sealed. Hence there are no Leakage of explosive and hazardous gases ensuring safety of the personal and plant.
